Abstract: this research shows the important of adding international legalization to international contracts of huge projects entered into by the country or body thereof between foreign companies and parties in field of foreign investments in Egypt, thus by legislation of legal warnings and rules to be considered carefully prior to sign any of these contracts in specified fields and certain legal and economic aspects such as:
– In respect of international award: not to refer legal disputes arising out of enforcing said contracts to arbitrations outside Egypt and held jurisdiction to settle these disputes in Egypt instead, due to the relation between mentioned disputes and the Egyptian national security.
– Working on determining the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts and eliminating the jurisdiction of foreign courts in case of arising any disputes.
– Enforcing the Egyptian laws on any dispute or legal conflict due to the importance and relation thereof to the Egyptian national security.
– Establishing competent committees to settle disputes arise from INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS contracts.
– amending legislations of litigation especially when any foreign party involved therein.
